Our signature air-dried, never-fried Taiwanese noodles will be featured on Steep-LA's menu. Steep-LA will be serving "Qianlong Cabbage Salad with Crispy A-Sha Tainan Noodle" and "Cold A-Sha Hakka Noodle with Taiwanese Beef Soup Reduction".
All proceeds generated from the restaurant pop-up will be donated to Asian foundations in order to support and give voice to the Asian American community.

2021 Season
626 Night Market 2021
After a hiatus in 2020 due to the pandemic, A-Sha was happy to return to the 626 Night Markets in 2021. We attended with our A-Sha Noodle Bar and served our delicious, authentic Taiwanese noodles. People were able to choose from a variety of different vegetable and protein toppings to create the A-Sha Noodle bowl of their dreams. A-Sha looks forward to returning to the 626 Night Market in 2022.
2019 Season
626 Night Market 2019
A-Sha returned to the 626 Night Market for their 7th year in attendance after debuting there in 2013. Serving up our signature air-dried, never fried noodles, A-Sha Noodle Bar is a fan-favorite feature of the event.
