Shrimp Garlic Noodle

- Mandarin Medium Size Noodle - Original Flavor
- Veggies: Mushroom, Red Bell Pepper, Zucchini, Carrot
- Garlic, Ginger, Green Onion, Cilantro
In a small bowl, mix together one A-Sha Foods USA Mandarin Noodle Sauce Packet with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of chili oil.
In a small bowl, mix together one A-S>Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and then add in the Mandarin Noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together one A-S>Heat up the pan on medium-high heat with one tablespoon of oil. Add the recommended serving size of 18 shrimp, cleaned and deveined, to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
In a small bowl, mix together one A-S>After cooking the shrimp, remove the shrimp from the pan and add another tablespoon of oil. Add 6 mushrooms, cut into quarters, 1 chopped red bell pepper, 1 chopped medium zucchini, 1 peeled and shredded carrot to the pan, and stir fry until vegetables are almost tender. Then add 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions and continue cooking until vegetables are fully cooked.
In a small bowl, mix together one A-S>Once vegetables are fully cooked, add the drained A-Sha Mandarin noodles, sauce, and shrimp back to the pan with vegetables and toss contents of the pan until well blended and coated in sauce.
In a small bowl, mix together one A-S>Transfer contents of the pan into a large bowl and finish with chopped fresh cilantro (coriander) on top. Enjoy!
